What happens after I place my order?
We will contact you within two business days to confirm your order and review your engraving details. A proof will be provided for your approval before we engrave any items. Once your order is complete and ready for pickup or shipment, we will issue your final invoice. You may reach us by phone or email at any point to discuss your order.
Why can’t I pay for my order now?
The prices on our website reflect the base cost of each item. Engraving is calculated once your proof is finalized—most items are $0.39 per character and $12 per logo but specialty items have higher engraving costs. Because proofs may require revisions, the final engraving cost is confirmed when approved. At that point we will generate a single invoice for the entire order.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do. Many departments we serve use purchase orders. We kindly ask that you supply your PO prior to pickup or shipment.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Production typically requires 12–15 business days, plus shipping time if applicable. Rush orders can be accommodated so please let us know if you need a faster turnaround.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We work with firehouses across the country and ship via UPS. Expedited shipping options are also available.
Can we use our custom company logo on our awards?
Absolutely! We can engrave most logos on a wide range of materials, including speaking trumpets, bells, and brass helmets. If your logo requires conversion for engraving, a one-time artwork setup fee of $30 applies. Once completed, your artwork remains on file for all future orders at no additional cost.
Can I mount my shield, badge or personal item to an award?
Yes. We can mount shields, badges, and many items to most of our awards. Please ship your items, along with your contact information:

How can I create a custom award?
While we offer a curated product line, we are always happy to collaborate on a custom, one-of-a-kind piece. Because all assembly is done in-house, we can design and build an award tailored to your exact specifications. Contact us to discuss your ideas with our design team and we can get the process started.
Do you fulfill department badge orders?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for Smith & Warren and Blackinton and have been for over 25 years. We can assist with badges, nameplates, insignia, collar letters, and replacement items. Simply provide your model numbers, photos, and relevant details, and we will manage the ordering process. No minimum order is required.
